Jinchuriki and Genjutsu

Hey guys have you ever seen yourself in a weird place getting chased by someone then you say "release" and realised it was just a dream? πŸ˜„πŸ˜„.

This time on Luka_Anime_Insights I'm going to tell you why Jinchurukis who have control of their tailed beast or not can break out of a genjutsu.
Well to break a genjutsu you either have to release the chakra from within you or have someone pass their chakra through you.

This is why Jinchurikis who have control of their tailed beasts cannot be trapped in a genjutsu because the tailed beast will pass their chakra through them which result in the cancellation of the genjutsu.

But does this same theory apply to Jinchurukis who don't have control of their tailed beast?.

The answer is yes but in a different form. Take for example Naruto whose tailed beast really was irritated by him and wanted to get out of him. If Naruto was to get caught in a genjutsu Kurama will just turn a blind eye since they're not in sync but if he wanted to he could easily break the genjutsu. But how?
By passing his chakra through Naruto's or in another word "by lending Naruto some of his chakra" (though limited due to the seal). And from the series we see that Kurama has been giving Naruto chakra during some "pinch" situations like when he fought Sasuke at the final valley, when Jiriaya pushed him into a very deep pit, and other scenarios.
"Passing chakra into another person's chakra to break the genjutsu" confirms that Jinchuriki without control of tailed beast can break genjutsu from the help of their tailed beast. Though this happening is very rare because most times tailed beast don't like their Jinchuriki.

Well this is were this article comes to an end. See you next time on Luka_Anime_Insights.

  1. I have a question, since passing of a reasonably high amount of chakra by a tailed beast to it's jinchuriki cancels out genjustu, does the same thing happens if a ninja passes on chakra to another ninja cancels out genjustu?...e.g when Asura passed on his chakra to his people are there at that moment immune to genjustu?

    1. No passing chakra doesn't make someone immune to genjustu.
If there was always someone by your side like a tailed beast (you're a Jinchuruki) an enemy trapping you in a genjutsu is a waste of time because your tailed beast will release you from it
